Qualifications

• BS/BA in a business analytics, finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial analytics or sales analytics.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analyses and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership for performance reviews.
• Lead analytical projects and mentor junior analysts.
• Support forecasting and incentive compensation reporting.
