Job summary

Cotton Holdings is seeking a Commercial Business Development Executive in Dallas to lead national sales efforts for property restoration and related services. You will secure new policyholder clients, build strong relationships with loss decision influencers, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and exceptional service.

Key activities include lead generation, client acquisition, presenting to decision-makers, negotiating long-term contracts, and promoting the company's services

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Proven sales and management experience; insurance industry a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition: schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers, secure long-term contracts.
• Revenue growth: close leads and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Client relationship management: maintain strong relationships and act as a continuity partner for emergency service needs.
• Communication & coordination: collaborate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field personnel to ensure projects run efficiently and meet client objectives.
• Marketing & brand awareness: utilize all marketing tools to promote company services and increase revenue.
• Vendor & partner management: monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.
• Professional excellence: represent Cotton Holdings with integrity and professionalism at all times.
