Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Director, CEO Office to partner with the CEO and drive the company's strategic agenda across R&D to commercial performance. You will shape priorities, align the leadership team, and translate complex data into actionable plans.

This role combines strategic oversight with cross-functional influence, requiring top-tier consulting experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a track record of delivering high-impact executive communications.

Qualifications

3-6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Engagement Manager level).
Consulting experience in healthcare, pharma or biotech.
1-2 years of industry pharma/biotech experience (strategy, commercial or medical).
Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
Excellent problem-structuring, analytical and executive communication skills.
Solid science background in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or bioengineering.
Hands-on user of AI tools for analysis and content creation.
Advanced degree (PhD/MD/ PharmD or MS) in life sciences and/or MBA.
Exposure to oncology, hematology or cell therapy.
Commercial project experience: launch planning, brand strategy, forecasting, market access or sales force effectiveness.
Experience working across US, China and other global markets.
Experience supporting a CEO or executive team on strategy, planning or transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and refresh of the corporate strategy, long-range plan and annual priorities, working with the CFO and the heads of R&D and CARVYKTI.
Frame and solve the CEO's most important business questions, such as CARVYKTI growth and pipeline and portfolio prioritization.
Engage credibly with R&D on the science, clinical data and development plans behind pipeline decisions.
Translate strategy into clear objectives and KPIs, partnering with Strategy & PMO on execution tracking and operating systems.
