Job summary

Diageo, a world-leading premium drinks company, seeks a Sales Finance Manager to partner with the Sales organization in North America. You will translate commercial strategy into financial plans, support Route to Consumer initiatives, and help ensure efficient resource deployment.

The role blends strong financial fundamentals with commercial insight. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve performance, maintain strong controls, and drive growth while supporting regional strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Finance/Commercial Finance experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance management skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data, forecasting and visualization tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across Finance, Sales and other functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the financial plan across P&L, cash and balance sheet metrics.
• Translate commercial priorities into annual operating plans and forecasts with financial insight.
• Support Route to Consumer initiatives through robust financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Manage and optimize trade investment including budgets, systems updates and ROI assessment.
• Drive performance management by identifying gaps and partnering on corrective actions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and risks through customer, channel, and financial analysis.
