Gates Corporation in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Americas Commercial Finance team. You will generate reliable annual plans, monthly forecasts, and detailed metric reporting to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background with 7+ years of analytical finance experience in manufacturing or distribution, and excels in Excel, Power BI, and communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in analytical finance or accounting in commercial sales, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate annual plan and monthly forecasts for NA commercial revenue and margin.
• Support analyses of investment projects and deal scenarios.
• Review contracts and manage discount/allowance structures.
• Support SG&A and headcount plans with budget discipline.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, supply chain, and product lines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and month-end close support.
