Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent with 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• 5-7 years in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Generate annual plan and monthly forecasts for Global Mobility revenue and margin.
• Develop and improve analytical processes and standardized reporting.
• Analyze forecast variances and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support SG&A and headcount plans; monitor spending and opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to gather inputs.
• Assist month-end close and ensure compliance with policies.
