Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence-Installation Programs to join our Strategic Value Realization team within the Finance organization. The role oversees the Install Budget for Master Agreements, driving cost optimization, schedule acceleration and risk mitigation.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, define budgets, monitor variances, and report on KPI performance to executives, ensuring profitable program execution in a dynamic, remote-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, minimum 3 years of management.
• Experience in contract/commercial management with team leadership.
• Proven experience negotiating Master Service Agreements and complex contracts.
• Strong financial acumen in pricing, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Deep understanding of contractual risk management, governance and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and CLM systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial optimization across the Install budget portfolio, reducing manpower, lowering costs, and accelerating delivery.
• Structure and implement financial protection mechanisms against inflation, macro shifts and price changes.
• Establish and govern project budgets, monitor variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify, negotiate and maximize incentives, bonuses, credits and other value opportunities.
• Define, track and report KPIs, contract scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Monitor milestones and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements before approval.
• Partner with finance, procurement, operations, legal, and executives to strengthen governance and mitigate risk.
