Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years of experience in related roles with 3+ years in management.
Experience negotiating MSAs, supplier agreements and complex contracts.
Strong pricing, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting abilities.
Expertise with Excel and contract lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead financial optimization across the Install budget portfolio to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
Structure protections against inflation and commercial risks.
Set and govern project budgets, monitor variances, and drive corrective actions.
Negotiate and maximize contract incentives, credits, and value opportunities.
Define, track, and report KPIs, contract scorecards, and executive reports.
Monitor milestones to ensure performance prior to contractual obligations.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, operations, legal, and executives to improve governance.
