Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Experience at a well-regarded law firm preferred.
• In-house experience, ideally in tech/manufacturing with Supply Chain involvement.
• Experience advising on commercial procurement and international transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial contracts including purchase orders, service and license agreements.
• Mitigate legal risk by implementing processes and controls for procurement teams.
• Provide analyses of laws, regulations and industry practices in procurement.
• Counsel Supply Chain, Purchasing, Facilities through all procurement stages including RFPs, RFQs, and disputes.
• Manage standard Purchase Orders and Terms & Conditions; improve policies and AI enablement.
