The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice within a matrixed enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements.
• Ability to provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal guidance to commercial stakeholders.
• Sound judgment balancing legal risk with business objectives and customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice supporting day‑to‑day operations, commercial strategy, customer relationships, and business initiatives for the Extended Care segment.
• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate customer‑facing agreements, including product supply, service, discount and rebate, rental, and related documents.
• Serve as a dedicated legal partner for the Extended Care segment and support related customer-facing teams.
• Support new business opportunities, customer programs, sales initiatives, and commercial strategies by identifying legal issues early.
• Develop and use templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to improve speed, consistency, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory, Privacy, Finance, Pricing, and other functions on healthcare regulatory issues.
• Build trusted relationships across Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Experience.
• Manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving business needs in a dynamic environment.
