  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Customer Experience, and other functions to support business objectives.

  • Execution and Adaptability: Manage competing priorities, adjust to changing business needs, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and some ambiguity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sound judgment and ability to balance legal risk, business objectives, customer needs, and operational considerations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a record of developing strong working relationships in a matrixed enterprise environment.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and actionable way.

  • Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting sales organizations or customer-facing business units.

  • Experience with product supply agreements, discount and rebate arrangements, rental or service agreements, healthcare customer contracts, or other business-to-business commercial agreements.
