The role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to guide workforce initiatives, governance, and risk mitigation in a rapidly evolving environment.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, draft policies, manage outside counsel, and help shape long-term people-related strategies while balancing legal and business

Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. bar membership.
• 10–15 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Experience advising on employment, benefits, and workforce matters.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic labor, employment, and benefits counsel to the company.
• Lead enterprise-wide workforce initiatives, governance, and risk management.
• Draft HR, employment, and benefits agreements and policies.
• Manage outside counsel, including budgeting and scope management.
• Collaborate with HR, executives, and cross-functional teams to address risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement proactive compliance.
