Savaria Corporation, a global leader in accessibility solutions, seeks a Legal Counsel in Greenville, SC. You will advise the Sales and executive teams, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance across US and international contracts.

The role focuses on fast-paced execution, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Projects to accelerate contract closure while protecting company interests.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions.
• Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance business objectives with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to: Construction Agreements, Government Contracts (US and Canada), MSAs, Sales Agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.
• Support dispute resolution efforts and contract interpretation issues when they arise.
