Job summary

Mobility Global, a division of Mobility Global Business Solutions, seeks a commercial counsel to own and negotiate a broad set of contracts supporting the sales, product development, and technology teams. You will draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, data licenses, software licenses, master services agreements, SOWs, and SaaS contracts.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts and general legal experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Hard-working, pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and good judgement.
• Ability to counsel internal clients clearly and practically on established timelines to meet business needs.
• Operate autonomously while being a team player who is supportive and responsive.
• Positive attitude and collaborative with other members of the legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, data licenses, software licenses.
• Support subscription agreements and related data solutions with the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales, product and business teams to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
• Triage legal requests, escalate complex issues to senior counsel, and take ownership of progressively complex matters.
• Contribute to strategic projects, process improvements, and innovative legal solutions.
