Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–6 years' experience as commercial counsel in law firm and/or in-house.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proven drafting and negotiation track record.
- Experience advising on data privacy, data protection, and UDAP/CAN-SPAM practices.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
- Advise on privacy DPAs, data handling, security, and subprocessors.
- Provide guidance on advertising, marketing compliance and FTC standards.
- Support cross-functional programs with practical, risk-balanced legal input.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to align risk and execution.
- Lead special projects to advance the business division's priorities.
