Job summary

Qualifications

3–6 years' experience as commercial counsel in law firm and/or in-house.
J.D. from an accredited law school with active admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
Excellent written and spoken English; proven drafting and negotiation track record.
Experience advising on data privacy, data protection, and UDAP/CAN-SPAM practices.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
Advise on privacy DPAs, data handling, security, and subprocessors.
Provide guidance on advertising, marketing compliance and FTC standards.
Support cross-functional programs with practical, risk-balanced legal input.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to align risk and execution.
Lead special projects to advance the business division's priorities.
