Job summary

Mobility Global invites a commercial lawyer to join the Mobility Global Legal team, supporting the business division with contract drafting, review, and negotiations across NDA, data licenses, technology licenses, and SaaS agreements.

You will be the main legal contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, triaging requests and escalating complex issues to senior counsel as needed, while helping drive privacy and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 0-3 years’ experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts and general legal experience from a law firm or in-house.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Hard-working, pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and good judgement.
• Must be able to counsel internal clients with clear, concise advice within established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, data license, licenses, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS).
• Serve as first point of contact for legal requests, triage matters and escalate complex issues.
• Support a broad range of data solutions and collaborate with sales on subscription agreements.
