Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including data subscription and licensing agreements, SaaS, MSAs and SOWs.
• Provide guidance on data privacy and data protection provisions.
• Advise on advertising, marketing, and consumer protection compliance (UDAP/UDAAP, CAN-SPAM).
• Support cross-functional business initiatives with practical legal guidance and scalable frameworks.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on risk, regulatory requirements, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
• Review privacy provisions and DPAs; advise on data handling and security.
• Provide guidance on advertising and consumer protection compliance.
