Job summary

Citadel Credit Union in Exton, PA, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Relationship Manager to drive loan growth and deepen client relationships within our Business Banking team.

You will build a network of COIs, analyze financial data to tailor solutions across our product suite, and collaborate with credit, deposit solutions, and external partners to deliver a comprehensive 360-degree service experience in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years commercial lending and deposit experience.
• Formal commercial lending credentials such as CFI, RMA, or Moody.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and cash management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships.
• Active and engaged member of the local business community.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on Citadel's offerings and competitor products.
• Build relationships by networking with influencers to bring in new business.
• Be active in the community and represent Citadel locally.
• Understand client needs by analyzing financial data to identify goals.
• Deliver exceptional service and regularly review client relationships.
• Grow client business by recommending products and closing deals to reach targets.
• Mentor colleagues and develop branch staff and relationship managers.
• Close deals and secure member agreements through attentive listening and tailored solutions.
