Qualifications

• 5–10 years commercial lending and deposit experience.
• Formal commercial lending credentials such as CFI, RMA, or Moody’s.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and banking regulations.
• Experience analyzing personal and commercial financial statements.
• Extensive experience with commercial deposits, lending, and small business operations.
• Proficient with PC applications including Client Experience Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business members with revenue between $5–$25 million and secure loan opportunities with strong deposit potential.
• Act as trusted advisor by analyzing needs and recommending Citadel product solutions.
• Evaluate loan applications with strong credit analysis and structure deals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow loans, deposits, and fees.
• Engage with local COIs and the business community to develop relationships.
• Collaborate with internal credit/deposit teams and external partners to deliver 360-degree client service.
• Mentor colleagues and close deals to meet revenue targets.
