Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to support Relationship Managers in Commercial Banking across segments such as AG, GIB, SBA, and Franchise Lending. You will handle servicing requests, produce essential reports, and help manage credit applications through closing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with banking experience or a strong alternative with significant banking background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus two years of banking or client support experience required.
Or a high school diploma or GED with three years of general banking experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities and keep the manager informed.
Serve as a point of contact for servicing requests from Commercial Banking clients.
Attend weekly meetings to discuss renewals, pipeline items, and servicing needs.
Provide reports (360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, Pipeline Reports) to Relationship Managers.
Facilitate credit applications and manage loan workflows through to closing.
Ensure post-closing requirements and maturity pipelines are up to date.
Coordinate with Credit Products and Commercial Team on underwriting and loan fulfillment.
