Job summary

Regions is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide general administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking across segments such as AG, GIB, SBA, and Franchise Lending. The role involves servicing requests, managing loan workflows, and facilitating credit processes while maintaining data integrity across systems.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and banking/client support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of banking or client support experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of general banking experience
• Ability to partner with internal partners across the organization
• Strong research and data analysis capabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with client relationship support and servicing requests
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss workflow items like renewals and pipeline items
• Provide reports (360 Report, Weekly Sales, OneView Pipeline, Maturities, Past Due)
• Facilitate credit application workflow and collect financial information from clients
• Manage post-closing requirements and loan maturities
• Onboard Treasury Management clients and support servicing resources
• Maintain data integrity across source systems and RGA for client records
