Responsibilities

Develop new and existing commercial loan relationships through calling on clients and cross-selling banking products.
Administer a portfolio of commercial loans to meet profitability and risk targets.
Assess borrower creditworthiness and collateral value per policy.
Monitor loan performance and borrower financial condition to mitigate risk.
Prepare loan documents compliant with regulations for loan committee review.
Promote the Bank's image through active community involvement and outreach.
Maintain knowledge of Commercial Banking practices and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; participate in reviews.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
