Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Business Banker 2 in our Commercial Banking unit in Clarks Summit, PA. The role focuses on developing and managing business relationships, analyzing credit, and growing a portfolio of loans and depository relationships.

The incumbent will monitor loan performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote the Bank's image through community involvement and professional service. A BA/BS and 3 years' experience in commercial banking are expected.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial or business banking.
General knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
Experience in successful business development and community and civic activities preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops, manages and maintains business relationships by profiling and maintaining relationships, determining banking needs, selling products and services to meet needs, resolving problems to develop new and existing relationships and contribute to profit and growth.
Develops and administers a portfolio of loans by making sound credit analysis of customer's financial condition and ability to repay according to policies and objectives.
Analyzes credit worthiness by determining the soundness of the loan, understanding the customer's financial condition, collateral position and ability to repay in accordance with policies and procedures.
Monitors loan performance by maintaining contact with borrowers, understanding their financial condition and resolving problems to reduce risk.
Promotes the Bank's image by participating in community development activities and service organizations in compliance with CRA requirements.
Develops and maintains a personal program for knowledge in business development, lending and banking matters and demonstrates professional behavior to ensure performance.
