Responsibilities

• Develops new and existing commercial loan relationships and cross-sell banking products.
• Administers a portfolio of commercial loans ensuring quality and profitability.
• Determines the credit worthiness of borrowers based on financial condition and collateral.
• Monitors loan performance and communicates with borrowers to manage risk.
• Prepares loan documents and presents loans to the appropriate committee when needed.
• Promotes the Bank’s image through community involvement and events.
• Maintains knowledge in Commercial Banking and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures compliance with policies and participates in training and reviews.
• Performs other duties and supports risk management initiatives.
• All employees act as risk managers and comply with regulatory requirements.
