Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 7 years of experience in commercial banking or related field preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations desirable.
• Experience in business development and community activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships and services current ones by profiling and contacting customers to determine banking needs.
• Sell products and services to meet identified needs and resolve issues within policy guidelines.
• Network with CPAs and attorneys to obtain referrals and promote the bank's image.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail and Trust teams to enhance relationships and cross-sell offerings.
• Submit timely reports on business development activities to keep management informed.
