Job summary

Florida Blue seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Markets Operations, to lead information management and analytics. You will transform data into actionable insights for strategic, tactical, and operational decisions, supporting leadership and profitability goals.

The role requires 6+ years of experience and 3+ years of leadership, plus strong SQL/SAS/Python skills and Power BI. A hybrid work arrangement and extensive BI responsibilities are core to this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft platform proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Florida Blue products, enrollment, and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and develop the Information Strategy with management.
• Direct intelligence initiatives from conception through adoption.
• Manage leadership and Sales Operations dashboards and metrics.
• Provide analytics support to leadership on strategic recommendations.
• Deliver executive presentations and coach teams.
• Oversee performance reporting and sharePoint stewardship.
• Collaborate on budget analysis and CPI-related initiatives.
• Model leadership to build relationships with stakeholders.
