Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Commercial Analytics Lead to act as a strategic consultant and analytics expert supporting immunology commercial activities in the US.

The role interfaces with US Home Office and Field Leadership and focuses on subnational performance, dashboards, and insights. You will lead the development of analyses for QBRs, collaborate with Commercial Data Ops on standards, and guide business planning across marketing and market access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of post-bachelor’s experience is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is required, ideally in commercial operations or commercial support.
• Power user of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) is required, with advanced Excel modeling and management presentations.
• Experience with IQVIA data and CRMs (Veeva) is required.
• Vendor management experience or equivalent budget ($500k+ annually) is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance commercial performance reports/dashboards with subnational detail.
• Lead analysis and insights from multiple data sources to address performance questions.
• Prepare materials for QBRs and management reviews.
• Collaborate with Commercial Data Ops to ensure standard dashboards and data governance.
• Support brand planning, budgets, and market situation assessments.
• Lead periodic business reviews with field leadership to drive effectiveness.
• Manage analytics vendors, scoping, prioritization, and budgets.
