Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 10–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial data, market research & analytics.
• Strong command of commercial and medical data, analytics, advanced analytics, and primary research methodologies.
• Deep experience in Rheumatology and Dermatology markets.
• Excellent quantitative analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Experience leveraging diverse insight modalities and integrating insights for enriched recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic insights leadership across the commercial lifecycle of immunology product(s).
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination within US Immunology insights and global partners.
• Integrated Insights Execution: Oversee US insight plans, research, analysis, and analytics priorities.
• Methodological Stewardship: Ensure appropriate modalities for each business question using data and AI.
• Business Partnership: Strengthen relationships with US commercial teams and internal stakeholders.
• Insight Delivery: Contribute to creation, analysis, and communication of insights for strategic choices.
• Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date understanding of the US immunology market and competitors.
