Genentech is seeking a Senior Director, Therapeutic Area Analytics & Insights - Immunology to lead analytics across US Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, leverage capabilities from market research to digital measurement, and influence senior leaders with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.
Experience with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary analytics and insights advisor to Therapeutic Area Leadership and guide data-driven decisions.
Shape near-term immunology priorities and drive execution of TA strategy.
Lead multi-disciplinary team across Market Research, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, and Digital Measurement.
Build relationships with senior leaders to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Drive adoption of analytical products within CMG and coordinate with Product Owners.
