Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in sales, customer service, business development, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to organize information and translate findings into actions.
• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, reporting tools, or other commercial systems.
• Ability to conduct customer, market, and competitive research and organize findings into useful commercial information.
• Self-directed and able to work independently while driving initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Support safety culture and regulatory compliance by adhering to policies.
• Support and improve commercial tools and systems, including CRM structure and dashboards.
• Analyze commercial activity and performance data to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and BD effectiveness.
• Identify and implement improvements to commercial processes and coordination across teams.
• Maintain market and competitive intelligence including industry trends and growth opportunities.
• Conduct lead generation, market mapping, and targeted customer research using various sources.
• Support customer and opportunity development across accounts and growth areas.
• Develop visibility into distributor and channel relationships and coverage.
• Manage commercial agreements and track key dates and renewal requirements.
• Support coordination as opportunities move between BD, R&D, and Account Management.
