Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or renewal-focused roles with revenue ownership.
• Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring revenue environments preferred.
• Strong ability to drive renewals, expansions, and strategic account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive upsell and expansion within existing accounts.
• Lead renewal discussions including pricing and terms.
• Run strategic account planning tied to customer priorities and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
