Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage delinquent leasing accounts and negotiate terms that fit both client and company interests. You will contact customers, perform skip tracing, and prepare collection letters and reports while maintaining professional communication and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have strong client-facing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, motivation, customer service skills and good work habits.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• HS/GED with 0 years experience is acceptable for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Collect payment on delinquent leasing and processing accounts.
• Sends reports to credit bureaus when necessary.
• Responds to disputes and questions about accounts.
• Locates individuals with overdue financial obligations.
• Reviews bankruptcy cases as needed.
• Sends out collection letters and invoices.
