Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required/experience acceptable.
• 0–3 years in consumer finance, collections, recovery or related customer contact roles.
• Strong communication and telephone skills are essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Contact loan customers for past-due payments and update account status in the system.
• Manage multiple loans and customer relationships effectively.
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements.
• Adhere to FDCPA and state guidelines in all communications.
• Utilize skip tracing tools when needed to locate customers and update records.
