Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Finance/Accounting or 3+ years in Credit and Collections.
• Experience with credit investigations and collections.
• Knowledge of credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Cortera).
• Understanding of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Revised Article 9.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts to maintain low delinquency; collect past due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners; assist in resolving issues.
• Prepare and review reports on outstanding receivables; lead calls with branch management.
• Establish credit limits and review/decide on branch credit requests.
• Perform credit analysis using financial statements, credit bureau reports, and pay history.
