Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute audit notification letters, and maintain accurate records.
• Compile and supply documentation needed by auditors, and follow up on incomplete audits.
• Enter finalized audit results into the database, and inform employers of outcomes.
• Verify invoice accuracy submitted by auditors.
• Process payments related to audits and delinquencies.
• Generate and send delinquency notices to employers.
• Coordinate with employers to address delinquency issues.
• Support legal counsel with administrative tasks related to collections.
• Track pension overpayments through submission and resolution.
• Monitor payroll filings progress and escalate as needed.
• Serve as liaison with attorneys, fund administrators, and collections professionals.
• Draft repayment terms and agreements as needed.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to legal counsel per guidelines.
• Identify and recommend employer overpayments for review.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
