Job summary

Amentum is seeking a senior collection manager to serve as the program's authority on collection management and targeting across DIA's centers. You will set standards for requirements, tracking, and evaluation, and develop the workforce behind it.

This role offers leadership across multiple DIA centers, mentoring collection managers and analysts, with responsibilities including policy authoring, cross-agency coordination, and participation in hiring panels. Security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance, CI polygraph preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of collection management, targeting, or HUMINT operations.
• Experience managing multi-INT collection requirements.
• Experience leading or mentoring collection or targeting personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior authority for collection management and targeting practices across supported centers
• Standardize collection requirements management across the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination cycle
• Mentor collection managers and targeting analysts and build their certification and development paths
• Author and maintain procedures and position guides for collection and targeting functions
• Coordinate with government collection leads and IC partners on requirements, gaps, and priorities
• Serve on hiring panels and remain engaged in mission work
