Job summary

Amentum is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large, mission-critical intelligence support program for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The role is based in the National Capital Region and requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a strong track record in program management of large, dispersed teams.

You will provide strategic leadership across multiple Integrated Intelligence Centers, directing operations, staffing, budgets, and performance while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Experience leading contracts with 200+ FTEs.
• Experience with DIA, DIE, IC programs.
• Strong executive briefing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Government leadership and provide strategic direction.
• Lead contract operations, including technical, staffing, and financial management.
• Oversee performance, quality assurance, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Manage workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and development.
• Ensure compliance with ICDs, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee transitions, surge operations, and workforce expansion.
