Job summary

CMC Group, Inc. seeks an organized CME Operations Project Manager to drive operational projects and strategic initiatives from planning through successful implementation.

You will partner with leaders across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, engineering, IT, safety, and commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and readiness. The role reports to the EVP of Operations and emphasizes developing clear scope, timelines,

Qualifications

• Two or more years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, engineering or related operations environment preferred.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear project requirements and plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manages CME operations projects from concept through implementation and closeout.
• Defines scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, ownership, budgets, and success measures.
• Maintains portfolio priorities, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develops project plans, dashboards, meeting notes, and status reports for leadership.
• Leads cross-functional meetings and ensures commitments and due dates are met.
• Coordinates with manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, engineering, IT, safety, and commercial teams.
• Monitors performance against scope, schedule, and budget; recommends corrective actions.
• Identifies risks early and escalates as needed; supports capital equipment, process improvement, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Ensures documentation, training, testing, and transition to operations are completed.
