Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end relationships with our strategic cloud and technology partners, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. You will lead commercial negotiations, drive governance, and shape long-term partner strategy across Rubrik’s sourcing portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to optimize spend, drive savings, and manage risk while guiding multi-year deals and supplier performance programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of indirect or technology sourcing experience.
• Direct experience managing strategic relationships with major cloud/tech providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft).
• Excellent negotiation skills and broad procurement category management (Software, Hardware, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services).
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-visibility accounts and a rotating set of deals.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management across multi-functional teams.
• Experience with supplier scorecards and supplier relationship management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to identify cost savings and support business cases.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial, scrappy, resourceful with high integrity.
• Working knowledge of Coupa and NetSuite preferred.
• Experience in contract negotiation from a legal perspective (JD) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the 360° relationship with Rubrik’s strategic cloud providers and top vendors.
• Coordinate quarterly/annual reviews, scorecards, and roadmap discussions with internal and partner teams.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year cloud and strategic partnerships with discounts and co-marketing terms.
• Analyze partner roadmaps and pricing to inform Rubrik’s cost position and roadmap.
• Lead broader sourcing across software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, and services.
