Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Stay informed about market trends to identify opportunities and maintain competitive edge.
• Develop and submit detailed responses to RFPs when required.
• Support resolution of customer disputes, billing, installation, and other issues.
