Job summary

US Oncology Network is seeking a Research Finance Coordinator in Eugene, OR to manage clinical trial revenue, build budget templates, and track financial data. You will collaborate with study teams, accounting, and industry partners, from submission to study closure, reporting to Research Management.

The role requires an associate's degree with at least two years of experience in medical finance or accounting, and familiarity with spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in accounting-related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience.
• Medical business office or clinical research finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build budgets templates for clinical trials with practice, vendors, and industry contracts.
• Track and monitor receivables for clinical studies across network and independent studies.
• Maintain logs and spreadsheets tracking trial data and financial data.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in research account settlements.
• Prepare monthly financial management presentations with the team.
