Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in a related supply chain/planning/operations role.
• Experience with time-critical and temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP systems and related portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including to executives.
• Experience writing SOPs and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labeling, packaging, release, distribution and returns of clinical supplies at external CMOs.
• Create and manage clinical forecast plans and budgets for multiple programs.
• Develop global supply strategies and plans to support clinical studies; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support site onboarding and manage co-therapy drug forecasting and distribution in US and outside.
• Manage clinical trial supply and inventory worldwide to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Lead label development from master text to printing.
• Implement scheduling software for trials from collection to infusion.
• Manage IRT system development, review, and user acceptance testing.
• Present plans to senior leadership and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
