Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a proactive Clinical Supply Chain lead to drive end-to-end planning, vendor management, packaging, labeling, inventory, and global distribution for clinical trials. You will partner with Clinical Operations, CROs, QA, and Analytical Development to ensure cGMP/GCP compliance and efficient trial execution.

You will scale operations, manage depots, temperature-controlled logistics, and IRT/RTSM integration, ensuring timely drug supply across sites while minimizing waste

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy).
• 7+ years direct experience in clinical supply chain, logistics, or investigational material management.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance (cGMP, cGCP, GDP) and global regulations.
• Experience coordinating with Clinical Operations, CROs, depots, and regulatory/Legal functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical trial material planning, vendor management, packaging, labeling, inventory, and global distribution.
• Oversee external packaging/labeling vendors, depots, and temperature-controlled courier networks.
• Collaborate with QA and Analytical Development to ensure shelf life, recalls, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive scalable processes and vendor governance for multiple modalities and trials.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and IRT/RTSM providers to align timelines and system specs.
