Job summary

Olema Oncology seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration to oversee end-to-end IMP flow from manufacturing through labeling, QP release, logistics, depots, and trial sites. You will coordinate across external CDMOs and internal teams to ensure executable plans, visible timelines, and timely delivery to patients.

Travel 10–15% is required to support global programs. The role requires 8+ years in clinical supply, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong vendor governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive clinical supply experience in biotech/pharma.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end clinical supply activities across manufacturing, packaging and labeling, release, and distribution.
  • Oncology clinical trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of clinical supply activities across global CDMOs in US, EU, UK, APAC, LATAM.
  • Oversee packaging/labeling, procurement, and manufacturing runs; align with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain supply timelines; manage protocols, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support budgeting, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper distribution planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and SOPs to scale operations as the portfolio grows.
