Job summary

Structure Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an entry level Clinical Supplies Professional to support IP forecasting, packaging, labeling, and inventory across multiple trials.

You will work with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliant packaging and timely supply. The role reports to the Head of Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics within Clinical Development Operations and requires collaboration across US/EU teams with partial remote work options.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in science or related field.
• 3+ years in Clinical Supplies, QA, or related GxP field.
• Experience with forecasting, labeling, and distribution management.
• Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast IP supply and manage labeling and packaging operations at clinical supply vendors.
• Track batch records, distribution, temp excursions, expiry extensions, and inventory.
• Collaborate with CMOs, CROs, and IRT vendors on study execution.
• Provide packaging and labeling information compliant with SOPs and regulations.
• Coordinate with QA for IP documentation, lot numbers and release schedules.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain Trial Master File documentation.
