AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner to drive engagement with investigative sites and strategic partnerships across its pipeline. You will collaborate with site leadership and AbbVie stakeholders to optimize trial delivery and efficiency, aligning resources and forecasts while navigating complex, cross-functional environments.

The role requires a decade of clinical research leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20% for on-site partner engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health care or scientific field or higher is required.
Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience with leadership competencies.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Responsabilités

Develop site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites and partners.
Manage relationships with investigative sites, meeting leaders and staff on-site or remotely.
Identify site needs and implement timely mitigation strategies.
Drive operational efficiencies and challenge processes to accelerate trials.
Monitor site performance metrics and KPIs and address gaps across studies.
Align internal AbbVie stakeholders with site needs and forecasts for resource planning.
Escalate risks and resolve operational issues spanning multiple studies/programs.
