Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinically related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP) and risk-based monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for investigative sites and stakeholders.
• Aligns and motivates site staff and principal investigators on trial goals.
• Performs site evaluation, training, monitoring, and closure activities per protocol.
• Shares insights and uses CRM tools to track progress and measure impact.
• Connects study protocols to day-to-day trial activities and recruitment strategies.
• Mentors less experienced CRAs and participates in task forces as needed.
