Your Health in Myrtle Beach seeks an Executive Director of Clinical Services to lead the care group, align operations with value-based care, and drive high-quality patient outcomes. This role oversees interdisciplinary teams, ensures adherence to protocols, and collaborates with leadership to optimize efficiency and experience.

The position requires RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years in healthcare management; travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Nursing license must be in good standing.
• Minimum three (3) years in healthcare management or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience developing clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of value-based care, primary care billing, and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage interdisciplinary care teams to meet performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to staff for operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee patient-centered care and assurance of value-based care adherence.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and workflows across the care group.
• Monitor staffing, census, and geographic alignment to meet KPIs.
• Utilize company software and reports to drive performance and quality improvements.
• Coordinate ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.
• On-call may be required.
