This role collaborates with leadership and interdisciplinary teams across the organization to ensure efficiency and quality care.

This full-time, 8-hour day position requires strong leadership, strategic direction, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management or related field and 3 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of value-based care, primary care concepts, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary care teams to align with protocols and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Oversee patient-centered care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to company workflows to optimize care group efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor and drive staffing alignment to meet KPIs and geographic needs.
• Utilize the company's systems to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff for timely, proactive patient visits and quality initiatives.
