Job summary

Your Health is seeking a qualified Care Group Administrator in Myrtle Beach to lead care groups with compassion and strategic vision. The role focuses on patient-centered care, operational excellence, and reducing unnecessary ER visits.

The position is in-office, full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for a monthly bonus. The ideal candidate will bring nursing leadership experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong team leadership to deliver high-quality care to patients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership with 3+ in a senior role.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for care groups and improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to expand services.
